Shoulder Pain Treatment At Home

Shoulder pain can occur in any muscle, ligament, or tendons and around the shoulder. Once your shoulder starts hurting, it becomes difficult to concentrate on any other work.         If you have a bathtub in your house, fill it with lukewarm water. Now add two cups of rock salt to it.  Sit in this bathtub for 20 to 25 minutes.  If there is no bathtub, then add lukewarm water to the bucket and add salt to it and pour it slowly on the shoulder. Rock salt is made of magnesium sulfate, which helps relieves shoulder pain.

        Make a paste by mixing two teaspoons of turmeric powder in one teaspoon coconut oil.  Rub this paste on the shoulder muscles and then let it dry.  When it dries, wash the place with warm water. Turmeric milk also relieves pain.

         Mix one a teaspoon of apple vinegar in a glass of warm water and drink it.  Apple vinegar has anti-inflammatory properties, it also reduces pain.

Tips For Shoulder Pain

        Give the affected area as much rest for a few days.

        With the help of some pillows, sleep by putting shoulders on it, it will relieve swelling and pain.

        Maintain a correct state for quick healing of shoulder pain.

        You can also do some easy neck-related exercises.

        At bedtime, use thick pillows to support your neck and shoulders.

        Take the help of an ex-pressure or acupuncture for quick recovery.

        Do some stretching exercises to correct the area.
